Customer Service

Customer Service is a 6 week full time programme specifically designed for clients wishing to gain employment in the retail and customer service area.

The first two weeks comprises of;

• Customer Care Training
• Elementary Food Hygiene
• First Aid
• Moving & Handling
• Jobsearch Skills

On completion of the two weeks training clients are offered a 4 week placement with a local employer. Companies who have participated in the past include:

• WH Smith
• Tesco
• Asda
• Farmfoods
• Ethel Austen
• BHS
• Super Drug

And new employers are joining all the time
