REHIS Food Hygiene

This course can be delivered on request to groups of four to twelve individuals at a cost of £60 per person. The course includes;

  • Food Hygiene
  • Food Contamination
  • Sources of food poisoning bacteria
  • The prevention of food poisoning
  • The correct use of refrigerators
  • Preparation, cooking and cooling of food
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cleaning and disinfection
  • General rules for food handlers
